A rumbling distortion shapes the night sky, and as the soldiers look on, the Infinity College building is split in half. A fountain area, the shrine for Pharaoh 90 comes floating up, trapping the inner soldiers within its boundaries. The others cannot get close to the captured soldiers as black substance oozes out of the broken building. Mistress 9 explains that Pharaoh 90 will "undergo Vessel transformation" and become one with Earth, making it their mother planet. Neptune, Uranus, and Pluto each jump up to their respective condominium buildings marking the corners of the Infinity Bank. With their talismans, they form a shield to protect the planet from the invasion.

As the shield is formed, Mistress 9 explains she will no longer need the human form once the Master's transformation is complete, but Hotaru's spirit is still within the body, keeping the alien from leaving, protecting the Silver Imperium Crystal, Rini's soul. In order to gain more power, Mistress 9 grabs the Hostie of the captured soldiers, but the energy of their souls is intercepted by Hotaru's spirit. The girl left without her body breaks free from Mistress 9, giving back the souls of the inner soldiers, and giving Rini back her own Hostie, the Silver Imperium Crystal.

Mistress 9 explodes into a giant Daimon as Rini and Darien transform back at his apartment, and run towards the battlefield. Just as the Daimon lunges at the group, Sailor Chibi Moon gives her "Pink Sugar Heart Attack" which stuns the creature. Sailor Moon brings out the Holy Grail, and as she lifts it, Chibi Moon thinks about being like Sailor Moon one day, and a second smaller grail appears. With "Crisis Make Up" both transform into Super Sailor Soldiers, much to the surprise of everyone, including Rini herself. The Super Moons cross wands and prepare to fight.

Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor Chibi Moon combine their powers to attack the giant Daimon with "Rainbow Double Moon Heartache." However, the creature only seems to absorb the energy and grow. Determined to save their planet, the others join in the fight as well. Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Mercury and Tuxedo Mask all attack Pharaoh 90, who also just seems to take in their power as help rather than an attack.

Pharaoh 90 is finally halted in his growth when the talismans of Neptune, Uranus, and Pluto form a shield. And then, an ominous black swell looms overhead, the faraway mother system of the invaders, Tau. It is at this time that Chibi Moon's power fails, and she falls off the building as the outer soldiers also collapse, power spent and barrier fallen.

The remaining soldiers try another attack on the black form, but their power is once again sucked up, and they are all tossed aside, save Super Sailor Moon. On the top of the building, she gathers her remaining power in order to throw it all at the evil invading Pharaoh 90. She calls forth the Legendary Moon Chalice, and with it in hand, she turns to Darien and gives him a cute smile, as she leaps into the center of the vortex, intending to release the powers of the Silver Imperium Crystal and the Chalice combined right in the center of the evil being.

As she disappears into the center of the delta, the three talismans resonate. The broken Daimon's body explodes into light, and the feared Sailor Saturn, the Soldier of Silence, awakens. She explains the unexpected happenings that took fate off course and made her appearance necessary- Hotaru not dying, but living as a cyborg, and Tomoe calling the aliens to this world. She prepares to drop her Silence Glaive, and the others stare in horror as this will mean everything will be destroyed.

The glaive drops as the world around stands still. And then suddenly, everything is being destroyed, including Pharaoh 90 and the invading Tau System. The world is ending. The Sailor Soldiers are extremely frustrated, as they are powerless to help.

But then suddenly, a glimmer appears, and Super Sailor Moon can be seen. A power awakens, and all the soldiers are transformed into Super Sailor Soldiers. Pharaoh 90 tries to escape, but Sailor Saturn follows him, in order to guide him to death, being sucked into that dimension as well. The others call after her, but she explains that "Always with the end, comes hope and rebirth. You are the one that brings that, Super Sailor Moon." She calls out to Pluto to close the door to the death dimension behind her, never to be opened again. As she does so, Super Sailor Moon transforms into Neo Queen Serenity, the messiah. With her power she restores the entire planet to its former state.

Among the buildings, they hear a baby cry, and find a tiny, reborn baby Hotaru. Neptune, Uranus, and Pluto take her to raise as their own daughter. They leave the others, vowing to meet them again one day.
