Still in their switched apparent ages, Bunny and Rini take Darien to the hospital. The other girls meet them there and are surprised by the change in their physical appearances. The doctor, who is Amy's mom, gives Darien a test which determines he has a shadow on his lungs which caused his collapse.

Darien goes home and takes Bunny with him. Meanwhile, Rini goes back to the Tsukino household to use Luna P on Ikuko so the family does not realize what happened to the girls. While she is still there, Helios comes to Rini and her he is looking for the maiden who will "melt the seal of the Golden Crystal."

In the circus tent, Zirconia tell the Amazones Quartetto that the White Moon Kingdom (Silver Millennium) "tortured our Dead Moon family ages ago..." and instructs the girls to destroy all who emit this light. Fish-eye offers to take care of one of the guardians of the White Moon, Amy.

On her way home from school, Amy notices a new fish shop. Inside, a disguised Palla Palla sells her an exotic fish. At home, Amy falls asleep when watching her new fish in its tank. She wakes up and sees the illusion of her parents shunning her. Under this nightmare spell of Fish-eye, Amy falls into despair. But, inside herself, her Mercury guardian spirit reminds her of her true dream-- to protect and heal those she loves. She wakes up, gaining new power and a new attack which breaks the spell.

Coming in response to an earlier call for help from their friend, Bunny and Rini burst into Amy's apartment. When they transform, the age switch is reversed. Their new attack finishes off Fish-eye.

Noting her future mother's strength and courage, Super Sailor Chibi Moon realizes that it is not her, but Super Sailor Moon who is the maiden Helios is seeking. She uses the bell to call him again and tells everyone so. Feeling useless, she runs away.
