Nephrite is my absolute fav. villain. For one he is the only one to
have some fashion sense. Hello Jadeite walked around in a flasher coat most of
the time. Also he was HOT!! But the most important thing is that he had the most
adorable relationship with Molly. I cried.
I absolutely hated the Wiseman! I cried when he killed Diamond and Sapphire.

Fave Villain: The Four Sisters, in particular, Catsy, because,as Mars
said: "Her Heart is good, she just followed the Wrong Path." Reminds me a little of me, wanting to believe the best, but easily hurt.

I think all the villains in the entirety of SailorMoon's epic saga are
COOL! Though the Amazonness Quartet are so kawaii and so is Iron Mouse.

My favorite villain is Eudial from Sailor Moon S. I like her the best
because she was really the only villain who ever got things done. She discovered
that Michiru and Haruka were the owners of two of the talismans. Not only that
but she was actually able to counter Sailor Moon's "Moon Spiral Heart
Attack". For being super smart and quite competent Eudial is my favorite
villain.
My fave villain is Sailor Tin Nyanko because she is pretty and... a
cat!
My favorite villain is Cere-Cere, because she's so cute,
especially in the manga. Another villain I like is Mimette because she's so
funny, immature,lazy, always doing something else just not working and she has
that obsession with idols.
I have never considered about Fav Villain, but after some thought, I decided my fav was Diamond. The reason? Simple enough. He really cared about Serenity. Yes he's evil, but when i come to Serenity, wether you call it a obsession or love, it doesn't really matter. He cared, that's enough.

Okay now, my favorite SM villians of all time have to be... Palla-Palla, Mimette & Tin Nyanko. I like Palla-Palla because she's so kawaii, energetic, and at times immature... kinda like me. :D I like Mimette because she is such a freakin groupie!!! She seems like she really doesn't wanna work. And I like Tin Nyanko because she is an aggressive conniving villainess!! It's so funny!!
My favorite villain is Prince Diamond. He got mind controlled by the utterly stupid Wiseman. It was so passionate that he was in love with Sailor Moon and would do anything to win her love. That got Emerald way jealous though. Diamond even attacked Sailor Moon to win her love (correct me if I am wrong on any of these statements).
My least fave is the Wiseman. He is stupid. Ya know he be the whole main thing around why the conflict was caused. But did they have to make him such a stupid character?
Favorite Villains: Tie between Black Moon & Death Busters. Why?: Black Moon has that anti-government rebel group feel with an ideology to boot. The Death Busters want a place to call home and to survive. Both are not afraid to use dangerous methods to achieve their goals. Other good points are the Black Moon's use of time travel, droids & use of the "Dark Side of the Force" to corrupt others. The Death Busters have magic users, mad scientists and mutant creatures which reminds me of Kamen Rider, a tokusatsu seires which is a personal favorite of mine.

I like the Amazoness Quartet, mainly Palla-Palla, and the Animamates, mainly Aluminum Siren. Because...... The Quartet were the funniest villains of the whole series. And Palla-Palla? She was so cute and funny ^_^ and I loved her little corset thing. And the Animamates? Well, they were the best damn villains ever! And I loved Siren because of her relationship with Lead Crow in the anime and she was so pretty.
My favorite villain has to be Galaxia. She seemed to be the most successful of the villains. She was also one of the few villains who became good in the manga.
Favourite Villian: a toss-up between the generals, Amazon Quartet and Galaxia. The generals because they are so damn good-looking (even in the anime), and because they got a raw deal: nearly all the other villains in the anime get reformed, even Chibi Usa's senshi get reformed, but not them. Amazon Quartet, because they're so cute, and they have attitude. Galaxia because she has a good storyline in both the anime and manga, something that doesn't happen very often.
For my favorite villain, I like the Infinity arc of Deathbusters best. They're just aliens who want food and a place to live! What's not to like? Plus Mistress 9 is quite impressive, as is Sailor Saturn; my favorite and most misunderstood Senshi, besides Jupiter.
Saffiru (oo, I'm never sure I'm spelling it right) is my favourite villain, and, while there are some reasons, it is mostly an affection that I can't explain, but, here are the reasons:
1. He rebels even from rebeling, it's wonderful! He won't live by the rules of Crystal Tokyo (or 't'ever you like to call it... names are so confusing..), but he won't live under Wiseman's (again, 'a rose by any other name...') rule either. He wants to live by his own rules, and when he can't he doesn't fully submit either.
2. He's dark and brooding, I like that in a villain.
3. He's an absolute madman, but he seems to have been driven mad by the bizarre circumstance of his life: his brother's odd moods, the power of the planet, the fact that no one seems to listen to him, so that he is helpless to stop what happens around.

Lessee here... I'd have to say that my fav villains are Eudial, Galaxia, and Badiane. Eudial is a fav definitely because she actuallys works hard and thinks things through. She's just striving for her goal and she happens to be both hilarious and tough along the way. Plus her weapon and horrible driving skills are great! Galaxia kicks a** because of her serious attitude, ultimate superiorness, and "don't take no crap" attitude. Plus she has the animates! Finally, Badiane is THE BEST of all time because she was a b***h, and yet she just wanted everyone to live in this perfect dreamworld forever (probably so she could get some peace and quiet) so tell me - HOW is she an antagonist?!
My by-far favorite villaina are Eudial and Sailor Tin Nyanko! Why? Well, I'll start with Eudial. First of all, above the rest, she is the _only_ one who did work out of the Witches 5. She alone worked the hardest than the rest combined, and, in return, found out who are the holders of the first two talismans and caught them. She was the most dedicated and-in my humble
opinion-the most beautiful, too. Her fiery red hair and those coolio puff-pants... ahh... what an... interesting fashion statement! Overall, she's just wicked and cool. She was so funny and mean, and that makes her very kawaii.
I like Tin Nyanko cause she's a true villain. She can kill without any mental thought of it, and she can take-charge more than the other Animamates. Her courage and craftiness really show-she is slick, sly, creative and evil. *evil laugh* Hehehe...
My favorite villain is Black Lady, because I loved how she brought out ChibiUsa, and as well as her torture to find the truth, even though she was only around for a little while. She also looked a bit like bunny ^^ My least favorite villain was Wiseman, because he was ugly and boring. ^^;
Ok. My fav villain... there are so many! I'd have to say "Die Heart" from SMS. I just like her, the voice was cute and the look for her was fashionable.

I'd have to say my favorite villain would be Queen Beryl because her FIRST reason for killing the princess was out human emotion while all the other villains just want to rule the universe. **please correct me if I'm wrong**
For the villains, in the anime my fav is Eudial. She is allowed to explore all possibilities of entertainment through comedy to puppy-kickin' evil. She is very methodical on her path to her goal and is extremely cool while doing it. Plus her Japanese voice is awesome too. Recently though, Professor Tomoe has risen on my fave charts from his cool voice, tragic past, and superior Twister skills, why wouldn't someone like him? For the manga end of villains, I have no favorites from it. This is because all the villains are lame in it. They show up on one page, "ohhh, I'm evil!!!" and the next page they're dead.
My fav villians are problay the Amazon Trio even though they have major issues when it comes to their, um, how shall we say personal life. They are really cool because they have their own bar and are always gettting drunk.
My favorite villan is what's-her-name from the Sailor Moon SS movie. The black dream hole lady. I like her because, even though she's being evil, she wants to let people live in their happy dreams. My least favorite villan is Wiseman from Sailor Moon R because he is just too creepy.
My favorite villan is Black/Tiny Lady because Chibiusa is my favorite character. She also overcomes her own evil (with help, but still!). She had good in her, even while she was evil. My second is Heavy Metal Papillion. She is from the Manga only. I like her because she looks awesome! The name is cool too (papillion is french for butterfly). Her wings rock. They are so pretty!

Well, in the anime my favorite villain was Sapphire. I don't know why. He was devoted, loyal, and a real good brother. He was the smartest of them all actually, because he realized Wiseman was using them. Least fave? I would have to say Black Lady. She was a total b***h and dressed like a slut, and I just didn't like her.

My favorite villain is Zoisite. She was just the most awesome and most evil of the generals, not to mention intelligent, not to mention she's president. My least favorite villain...that would have to be Queen Beryl. She was a total *car drives by* and she killed Zoisite, which I hated the most about her. Zoisite should've been queen. Not to mention she was dumb (i.e. killing Jed before he could reveal who the senshi were)
