Rini and Bunny eat sweet snacks after school, dessert after dinner, and
more sweet snacks later on that night. The next morning, Rini isn't
feeling well and her friend Momoko offers her a soda to drink, but this
only makes Rini feel worse.
After school, Amy examines Rini and discovers that both she and Bunny
have a cavity. The other girls scare Rini with their cavity stories when
they find the younger girl does not know what they are. At home, Bunny's
mom is upset with them for having the cavities since the girls did not
brush their teeth.
The next day, Bunny's dad takes them to the dentist, but the very old
office and the ancient dentist hobbling around scare them all a bit, and
they decide to firm up their courage and come back the next day. As they
leave, a spirit appears, Regin, who lives off the pain of cavities. She
complains there aren't enough cavities of late and wants to make more.
In the morning, an ad runs for the dentist as a grand reopening with a
new, cute dentist. Mina sees this and joins the Tsukinos in their trip
this time. In the waiting room, they are fed sweets and fall asleep to
the music playing as Rini goes in to her appointment.
When Rini sits in the chair, the arms close around her, trapping her.
The dentist and assistant want to give her more cavities. Diana breaks
Rini free and she transforms. As Super Sailor Chibi Moon fights the
cavity-bringing bad guys, Diana wakes the other girls who transform.
Super Sailor Moon and Sailor V burst into the room. The three girls
finish off the sweet spirit and the office goes back to it's normal old
self- including the dentist. Bunny and Rini still have their
appointments, but Mina decides to see her own dentist after all.
